Maison des Amis opened to the Baton Rouge community on Thanksgiving Day in 1986. Since then, our staff. volunteers and board have worked diligently to make the home a place that residents can call their very own. We pledge to continue the work of the past 30 years for the benefit of those who need us the most across our region.

SERVICES: The nonprofit provides transitional housing for up to 46 men and women. They can stay as long as they need our services. Maison des Amis collects rental fees from residents. Grants and donations underwrite all other costs.
